@TheFlash123 , @UselessBait hey there! I like how you both are countings your streaks in your Signature! Everyone who makes the Journey with ups and downs should consider counting them like that. I hope you're back on the boat again already to finish this Challenge. An Addblocker is a great tool! Keep going! Sorry man, didn't see you falling. Don't be mad at yourself. Just get up and try again. What can you make different this time? What are your tools? Control what you can control
4/14 - ten to go Daily check-ins are really good for me. So I think I'll continue this during Christmas-holidays. I'll switch from evening to morning, so I can get myself in the right mindset. I won't go online in the evening anymore. Instead (if there's no social action) I'll get to bed early, maybe have a good read.
I just finished the 7 days challenge and I'm in this challenge too Can I start this challenge considering the these days?
First morning post. Over my Christmas-holidays I will only post short updates in this thread via phone. Preferably early in the mornings. Additionally I'm beginning a new analogue diary (pen & paper). And I try to keep you updated about the following tasks: getting up early daily exercise exposing myself to coldness (testing out the Wim Hof method) eating healthy or at least cut the sugar a bit through Xmas-time practice mindfulness and meditation daily entries in my diary rules: I don't use wlan with my phone if alone, except for my short reports in the morning. I don't use any screens after 6 pm. Phone calls are still allowed. Before sleeping I shut down my phone and put it far away and I'll switch it on again only after I got up and moved around a bit. I don't use my phone on the toilet, when laying on bed or coach or in other critical situations.
