Day 5, I’m being risky and writing this on my phone in bed. I did have trouble fantasising this morning. I dont know when or if this is gonna stop.
Substitute activities are very good on those moments. Go out for a walk, run...! It will clear your mind
Day 30/30 It is done. Wow, that feels good. I don't even remember when was the last time I made this far. Good luck all. Onto the 60 day challenge.
Day 4/30 Still following the principle that before I ever relapse, I would first post in this thread that I cancel the challenge and justify it with 2 arguments. Works great.
