Day 17 of 365 Being here helps to cope with the ups and downs of the addiction everytime I get an urge I jump up in here and read some positive stories to get me going. Keep clean and know you'll make it in the end.

Day 2. Immersed myself in academics. I am slowly building a habit of reading, and I downloaded a lot of books for that purpose. Restricted youtube and facebook in my browser to 1 hour (coz internet addiction is closely related to pmo addiction). I already meditate everyday morning and from today, I made a commitment to wake up at 6 without hitting the snooze and read some good books. So, I am all in and really optimistic this time!!!
