Why do you feel depressed? You just did 85 days without PMO, I mean most people do it a couple of times in a week without even knowing that porn can fuck them up. You
could say that you PMO‘d after 85 days and failed, or you could tell yourself that you did 85 days without PMO, which is a pretty good win in my book

Hi guys. I went on a bad bender and relapsed badly. I had been doing so well and then I just relapsed and now I feel terrible and my confidence is low. I wasn't commited and that didn't help me and now I have to start a fresh. I am willing to start a fresh and hope now that my commitment is steadfast and long lasting.
