[7-CHALLENGE] THE SEVEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

Let's go - Day 0

 

Church services yesterday were a great encouragement. Read a book for a little while last night. Fell asleep with no PMO. Day 2 of 7 complete!

Starting this challenge for the first time. Today is Day 0!

I have now gone over 24 hours without PMO

4th day without fap, it's getting harder, coz everytime I walk in the streets I start to see every girl like sexual object and think about sex (I know it sounds weird,) but I still don't need to fap. Keep going on

Day one down and out, it was a good day, here is to day 2.

12 days.

 

I keep shooting for the 90 days and I continue to relapse. I will begin with this first, but do it at the same time as the 90, with the step-but-step goals in mind!
