Day 5, some pretty strong urges yesterday and resisting the urge to fantasise. Actually, impressed that nobody has dropped out yet, the first week usually has a casualty or two. Let's try for a whole week with no drop outs!
Hypnotic recordings are effective. They install good things to your consciousness and subconscious mind of an addict usually enforced the addition before.
February 5. Lots of restlessness yesterday for me. Kind of like a mild but persistent urge to fap. But without many real thoughts about sex. Just jittery. I'm hanging in there!
Checking in on day 6. I actually got some things done. I'm not getting things done at a speed I should be or anything but I'm finally moving in the right direction and at least crossing things off. Just gotta keep busy and doing something. My longest in the past year or two or who knows, is 2 weeks once.
February 6. Haven't been to the gym in a couple of days. Also I drank 2 1/2 glasses of wine last night. So stupid! My sleep was terrible and I feel like shit. However, here's to a no PMO today! I like checking in here. Thanks @MasterPablo !
Feb 6th. Almost 2 weeks of no PM and I think I'll make it through February. I've heard about the chaser effect after sex, but I've been doing all right so far.
