Finally I have completed 45 days of hard mode nofap. After 1st week I entered flatline and even today I'm experiencing the flatline. I hope the flatline gets over soon . I hope I'll complete 90 days soon.
good because you now made it but why me at first time i made it 43 days? i think that depend on how deep i additions because i just addicted for 1-2 years
It depends on your mindset . If you have strong mindset and knowledge about nofap you can easily achieve 90 days .
Yes of course. I feel much much better than before and few of the semen retention benefits. As I mentioned I'm in flatline so that might be suppressing few of the benefits may be but overall its good to know that I have done 45 days nofap and I'm recovering .
i really failed some times all because i thought wet dream is a relapse and after wet dreams i relapsed by my self but this time i had 2/3 wet dreams and because. just after 4/5 days benefits come back again i know it is not a relapse and iam sure i will survive for years
Keep on trying, you'll succeed. It took me years to finally reach this level. I hope one day even you'll achieve this goal
