I kinda went off track and have relapsed a way too much after my last streak I have relapsed so that the brain fog is quite strong and I am not able to study for a very serious exam which is just two months away. Any tips for quick recovery? I am think of supplementing with vit d and magnesium+ zinc for a quick recovery on the nutrition side I know the reward circuitory won't be quick fixed but I don't have time to wait pls any tip are welcome.
Steady diet, meditation, and hitting the gym always works for me. Cardio always gives me some pretty positive results with my mood. It’s not going to immediately get rid of the brain fog but it helps get back on track and stay focused.
If you want to benefits be permanent then you should use nofap as lifestyle and doing it as long as you live,i do that.It will come with time,if you have long streaks and avoiding any type of stimulation benefits will come fast,have a nice day buddy.
There are no nofap benefits... You can only expect to become healthy and have a normal sexual life from the pursuit of nofap.
do the hardmode leave all dopamine drugs : like sugar, playing video game, social media addiction, over eating, bad sleep do positive activities : read book's and exercise that will fasten the benefit at least
