Has anyone ever heard of Recovery Nation? They have a recovery workshop full of exercises, available for free. https://www.recoverynation.com/recovery/recovery_workshop_contents.php I think it is worth checking out if you are interested in taking your recovery beyond simply abstaining and building the skills needed to live a healthier life. There is also a forum that doesn’t appear to be functional anymore. I used to participate over there and it was never terribly active outside of people posting their responses to the workshop exercises. I’m still going through the exercises now but I miss having feedback on them. I might start a thread on NoFap to share at some point but I thought I’d see if anyone else had heard of it in the mean time.
