How will your testosterone change if you never ejaculate during sex or masturbation? will it increase in the long run?
There is a study that says testosterone levels remain the same even in prolonged abstinence from ejaculation however the same study suggests that a person after a few weeks of no ejaculation had higher testosterone surges when feeling the "urge". Or at least that's how I interpreted the results of their study. So for me I still think that prolonged abstinence can lead to higher release of testosterone.
Nope, testosterone level peak exactly from 6 to 8 days since you've jacked off and later they drop down to normal. They will not increase in the long run. During this period, you'll feel more horny due to the hormonal pressure. On rest of the days, it would be due to mental pressure
I see. But it will not decrease? I have thought about it lately and wouldn't the body want to increase the testosterone to get female attraction? Because suddenly you stop ejaculate and the body would be desperate to find a female and multiply with?
The woman actually can smell the increased testosterone. It's pheromones to them. @sandhu is correct. It peaks 6-8 then declines to normal levels. your desire for natural sex increases once PMO isn't your focus anymore. Women can see that.
Nah, it's not a placebo lol. It's real. It happened to me. I can feel it in my body and women noticed me WAY more.
How about physical strength? Bcz im kinda feeling a bit of that extra energy which i usually don't when i PMO...
Yep. Testosterone helps your muscles. Actually? Lifting raise your Testosterone level AND you also have increased testosterone at least the first 6-8 days of no PMO. Basically your body is flooded in it. Better physical strength and women looking at you are good benefits
Testosterone levels vary hour by hour and day by day. Overall, a healthy guy in his 20s will not notice any significant changes in libido or sexual function when level changes. You have more than enough to function normally and adequately and to produce male pheromones. The problems are brain related in most of us.
