Awfully busy weekend... and Monday was also busy. Still no relapse! Hurray!
2am... can't sleep. My mind is racing with thoughts of work. I normally distract myself with P/M, instead resorting to reading NoFap posts.
Busy day, no time for relapse.
Today is a good day. Kept myself busy with the right things. No urges no relapse.
A sweater on my back, music in my ears and stars over my head as I go for a walk to shake of all the unwanted urges...
Tempted to go back to Tinder... people say sex is ok but PM is not... I am not really sure now.
