Whether you like it or not, meditation really calms your mind and can help you a lot on your NoFap journey. I just wanted to leave a few good sources to get started with meditating. Someone might already have posted these, but here they are: Meditation for beginners: Simple meditation, that requires you to do: nothing. Start off with 5-10-15 and increase over time. Mindfulness meditation: Combining meditation to overcome addiction: Hope some of you can use this to begin meditating. This is just a small portion of the methods. There are plenty ways to meditate, but I reckon this will get beginners started. Cheers everyone!
When I first started it kept me from P for 4 weeks right off the bat. I did M but only using imagination. Just started NoFap, so I'm hoping a combination of NoFap and meditation will keep me from both P and M for good.
