I've noticed I've needed to go to the bathroom much more often in the night recently. Never knew PMO cause this, but it makes sense I guess. I don't know why specifically.
I don't know what physically happens but I can confirm, it is a true symptom. I had trouble retaining water a month or two into monk mode. Things normalized after 3-4 months of reboot. Exactly the same thing happened during my previous reboot. The good thing is, everything goes back to normal after a while. Try to stay close to the toilets in a meanwhile
I tried to develop a theory: a consequence of pmo is that of losing muscle mass, so the pubococcygeus muscle is also weak. now I'm doing the kegel exercises. stopping pmo our muscles will return to normal growth
in the months 1-2 you were skinny? in the 3-4 months have you had more muscles? at the beginning of your reboot how often were wet dreams? how old are you? how are your erections now?
how many wet dreams do you have? how old are you? do you have m or orgasm? do you watch porn? what day are you rebooting?
I always had skinny but quite athletic body. I lost some fat and gained around 3 kg of lean body mass during the first 3 months of reboot because I was weightlifting free weights quite heavily 3 times a week. I haven't had any wet dreams during current streak (and neither the previous one).
No, I'm still doing a reboot. I might start dating after reaching 200 days again, but I'm done with M for good. I have morning woods nearly every day now. I'm 38yo.
I was also one of the people who had this problem. I could drink a glass of water and urinate in under an hour, and the urine would be almost completely clear, which means that your body isn't really absorbing and utilizing it properly. This symptom diminished about five days into my streak, but it suddenly came back with a vengeance on the second week of my streak and lasted for about three days. I'm not really sure why it temporarily came back like that after two weeks of not fapping, but it must be something to do with the brain rebooting and realigning everything to its original state of homeostasis.
