[14-CHALLENGE] THE FOURTEEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

Masturbation makes us nervous, lose confidence and feel unattractive. It makes us lose motivation to do anything, it's a slow killer and life destroyer. Some people believe this act is good for the health, but then,why does one feel so terrible and depressed after doing it??,I have never felt good about myself after masturbating. Nofap on the other hand keeps you confident,it feels good,so it must be the right thing to do.Day 1 for me again after several relapses,I refuse to fall again this time in Jesus' name.
