My main reason for stopping PMO is my religion, but also because I believe that it creates a lot more time for me to do other things. I have used working out every time I feel the urge. Is working out a good way to suppress these temptations or does working out heighten these temptations? Also, I am in need of an accountability partner.
Welcome! I'm glad you're here. I think exercise would certainly help. For an accountability partner, I suggest you check into the forum just for that. And beyond that, just get involved in this site, and you'll start to connect with others over time.
