Hi guys, I've noticed a pattern with my wet dreams; if I go to bed and sleep in one continuous session then I dont have wet dreams more often than not. However, if I wake up in the early morning, and then fall back to sleep, the chances of me having one increase ten-fold. Has anyone else encountered this, or can explain why it happens? Its not really causing me any problems I just found it to be interesting.
Man last time i achieved a wet dream was a decade ago. I have been to 127 days of no PMO but still not a single wet dream. Consider yourself lucky because some people like me crave for it. Just saying
Oh dont get me wrong I like having them, its just weird how the pattern seems to have formed. The other correlation is me having them when I'm stressed, but that one is obviously easier to explain.
Wow! I've had 4 wet dreams over the last two months and each one was after I'd gone back to bed in the morning. Thought it was weird but I didn't give it much thought. I believe it's just a natural occurrence of the bodily pattern. I think it's amazing to find someone with the exact same pattern as mine!
I did some research into it and it seems like having a wet dream in the early morning is the most common time to have one, which makes a lot of sense, I cant remember ever having one prior to 6am, most occur between the hours of 7am and 9am.
I dont smoke, dont get high, and drink very rarely (last time was back in May after my uni year ended)
Maybe it's because of morning wood and once you wake up, you get conscious of it and it adds to the possibility of having a wet dream. Do you get a morning wood when you wake up in the morning?
