Has anyone read it? I'm about a third through it and I'm dumbfounded about how watching pornography hijacks our thinking. As much as we the addict or viewer can live in our own world it blows me away what our brain is seeing. Let me know your opinion on the book and if you haven't read it I highly recommend it to anyone who really wants to reboot.

Ive just finished it I found it a great read and liked the scientific basis interspersed with real lufe accounts and examples The author also has some talks on youtube which are worth a look
