    just wanna give an up date 23 in and wanna continue the fight and meet my 6 month mark. The road isn't easy but talking to real women helps to no PMO I still get random boners sometimes and the urge to PMO arises but I'm finding it easier to resist once time goes on. Keep up the good fight everybody!

    Hey y'all relasped today I'm going through some hard mental health issues and I just couldn't fight today I haven't been functioning well lately due to insomnia and psych meds. Anyways I'm on day 0 and hope I can bounce back thank you all and sorry for letting you down

    I am pretty sure that you didn't let anyone down, but I can only speak for me. Try to go gentle with yourself. This disease is no joke. You may be on day 1 but that is all anyone really has. Get back on that horse !!! Great job being honest too

    Come on guys! We are together! Ask yourself! Do you really want to get better and have real sex with real girls? So let's get strong with our mind and don't let some virtual b*****s destroy our life! Today I am on 7th day and will continue this way! There is not even a thought about relapse/fail and I wish the same for all of you!
