I feel a little bit silly because I am giving you advices and then I relapse. Not the best side of mine but I wanted to share at least my thoughts on this topic.

You continue from whatever streak you're on now, as long as there's been no porn or masturbation during the streak. Need to know your current streak before I can add you to the list.

Hi guys, today I want to share with you guys something that I have experienced in my journey; I know not whether it's inspiritstinal, educational or a heads up...

You ever have wondered that the world is progressing at every rapid rate that it leaves us, the normal people, chasing?

Yes, indeed, how does exactly WiFi work? How does exactly our sounds teleports to other part of the world in calls? How does exactly you are able to read my writing from so far away? Or even a simple question; how does bicycle work? Many more questions that only 3% of the entire world population has a correct answer to.

That brings us to my point that those 3% is USING us to make more wealth, to get more famous and to lead us to falsehood.

Now to get more specific and relate it to PMO, many including myself thought that we are using technology yay! But if you think about it, it's actually technology using YOU not the other way around. For example they produce a porn and post it on the internet where it would be viewed by people like you and me, addicted, having no choice but to watch it to fulfill our needs of desire, they know we are addicted and they've truly made us addicted because not only porn but many other products the likes of Pepsi or Coca Cola injects something called caffeine to make the person who's drinking it addicted to this product. When you are addicted, they know they can increase the price without losing their fans. For a example there's an specific site named ba***.com, the very first time you visit the website the porn videos are free but then after few minutes it shuts down to porn and asked you to subscribe or leave the website, at this moment you are addicted by the quality of the video so you decide to pay 9$ a month. We know games are technology too, the most popular game right now is clash of clans, more than 100million play daily, wasting their precious time and potentially money (I'm one of those too :/). While knowing that clash is time/money consuming, we still are unable to stop it, because? Addiction. Yeah so, now, did technology use you or you used the technology?

Not essentially everyone is used by technology, in fact, those who are in control of their desires and their selves will force technology to kneel down before them. I know what I'm talking about, there was a friend who used the technology for his own benefits, he did not let technology use him.

Now that you know this, how much longer will you continue to give your money to that 3% while knowing they do nothing but to destroy your life by addicting you to such products?

I'm at day 105, with another 75 days to go! Just say no to PMO!

  14. Checking in 19 days so far, had some... interesting advancements in life which may or may not be related to Nofap (although I'm sure it is due to it). For one, I'm now waking up MUCH earlier than I used to - several hours more - which means I can get more done and it no longer feels like I'm wasting the day away. Second, recent dreams have been... quite unusual, and at times ever so slightly disconcerting, albeit none were sexual in any way. After looking into some meanings behind them (I'm not going to list what was happening in the dreams as it would take too long) it turns out it's my unconscious/ subconscious mind is re-adjusting itself to a life without PMO whilst I sleep, Which is grand! Means this Nofap challenge is slowly rewiring me back up properly after all the years of PMO.

Sooo so true Dr. Doom. I realised this some time ago (I was very addicted of thenology- clash of clans, league of legends, porn, facebook and some other social media) and I am in a kind of process to give up the tehnology so I can separate myself from using it, reflect on how it works and how to put it to work for me. It is hard, but it is not impossinble.
2 year progrssion in separation from tehnology
-give up gaming enteirly (first PC and then mobile gaming)
-delete all the social apps except facebook and whatsapp
    -delete facebook app from phone
-realise the harm of porn and attempting to `cure`from this addiction
    future goals:
-reducing YouToube watch time to almost 10 min/week (or less if possible)
-close my facebook account and reopen it when I know how to use it in MY favour and on MY terms
    -quit porn forever
-be social for REAL (like f2f or via phone call) instead of using `social`apps
It takes a lot of time to do it safetly and without relapse but how a great brother is keep saing: Taking it one day at a time ;)

Again great observation Dr. Doom. I hope you will be enlightening us on this journey so we together can make it a more pleasant one. Have a productive day!

Do you think us lot have 'addictive personalities'? By this, I mean, I don't seem to be able to do things in moderation. If I get concerned that I need to eat better, I spend weeks looking up healthy recipes, making spreadsheets etc. If I need to be organised I get crazy about to do lists or apps to manage my time! This obsessive behaviour extends to u tube, Facebook, to, sitting, exercising. I suppose, when I do something I have to do it so that I have complete understanding and control of it, but it leads to lots of wasted time, and by not being able to master it, leads to sense of failure. Is this linked to PMO addiction?

Ok so today marks 6 days PMO free, however I am not feeling as good as I did yesterday. I wasn't as concentrated compared to yesterday and I felt a lack of motivation as well. The visual triggers have become more of a distraction for me i.e. an attractive woman, but I have got to remind myself that if I let this distraction stay in my mind, entertaining this idea and keeping it in my mind, I could possibly relapse.
I know that I can stay strong, it is just that I noticed that it was starting to happen. Keep at it guys and good luck to you all!

Got a question for you guys. Let's say you've been single for a long time and feel disgusted by constantly PMO'ing and want to quit to improve yourself and hopefully find the right girl. So you complete this warrior challenge and even go the next 1-3 years without PMO but your love life never changes and you still can't find a girl. Would you continue NoFap for the rest of your life which means possibly never having an orgasm again or would you perform healthy masturbation for a release?
