Today I will not masturbate because it would trigger MORE temptations and urges! By not doing it, you are learning to have a better control of urges by riding it out.

Don't feel bad, I just blew my 4 day streak too. I feel like a liar now saying I wasn't going to use porn today.

 

Yeah it's tough. Oh man. At least we are going 4 days and setting our intentions to go even longer. A lot better than doing nothing at all.
