Day 5 going well I was concerned how I would go today as it was my first weekend which is usually the hardest time for me porn and masturbation wise but kept myself busy playing video games

Had great plans on waking early and being productive. Seems that early morning is by far the hardest part of my day for urges and I relapsed.

    Back to day 0.

Relapsed early this morning after stumbling upon a workaround to my meticulously crafted internet blockers (I can download browsers on my phone). Monday to Friday, I'm busy. Saturday and Sunday, not so much. Taking care of these issues immediately.

Anyway, back to day 0. Time to get back up and try again.

I really messed up this morning. Back at Day 0.
I'm off to meditate. Haven't done much of it before, but I want to get through this week successfully and I'm willing to try new things.

Day 5 done for this challenge, days 6 in general. I am so happy that I haven't done edging as I used to do. This morning was very though, I was in club for the night and danced with beatiful girl however I haven't pulled her. I liked her, but we may not see again that's why morning was tough.

With myself, I have found that trying to block or place barriers against those things that trigger me was counterproductive to overcoming this habit. I had to consciously make the angered (anger can be useful sometimes) choice to turn away from anything that would trigger the urges. The mental discipline is difficult, but everyday it is practiced I get better at holding to it, so it seems to become easier and more free-flowing.

The choices made everyday leave an impression that is carried over to the next day. These impressions can either become more pronounced or start to fade away inline with your choices each subsequent day. Eventually, with focus and determination, the impressions from destructive habits will start to fade after each day you make the choice to not re-trace those impressions into the new day. Same goes for habits that you would like to have stay or become stronger. The more you practice them, the stronger their impression will become each day forward. So, just visualize that each new day is a piece of tracing paper placed over the last. You can still make out what was drawn the day before, but it is your choice to either redraw it or draw something new. Eventually enough pages will overlay things drawn that you desire to be free from and their image will become so faded that they will no longer have the effect on you they once did, and possibly things you do desire will be drawn in their stead filling an area of your life with something that actually empowers you.
Stay Strong, Hold Steady, and Keep Focused.

Just completed day 6 an hour ago. Currently at my grandparents house and have been here all afternoon so today was easy not to relapse. One more day and I complete my first ever NoFap challenge after 2 years of trying to complete one :)

Day 4 almost complete and today after so damn many months I was attracted to some girls around me before it was only lust but now it was kind of love and damn beautiful it was. If now itself it is like this I am sure by the end of my reboot it is going to be awesome. More importantly, this beautiful feeling has triggered a fire in me to work hard towards my goal and achieve it. Life just seems to be so positive and there is no question of looking back now. I will crush any PMO thought and am sure will win this battle.
    Victory to us!
