Day 4: It's definitely been the hardest day so far for me, a very emotional day and tiring. I didn't sleep well last night and edged for awhile but was able to stop. Safe to say I was dangerously close to relapsing but managed to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat. I'm going to bed relieved to see the back of today but excited for tomorrow.
Day 3 is done. Succesfully staying away from any triggers, which is working wonders. Keep it up everybody!
Day 4 begins! Feeling lot more motivated. Got the urges yesterday while browsing the pictures on media platforms, but was able to control it. If your yesterday was a good day, don’t stop May be you winning streak has begun
Day 3 is done. It was easy because i was out all the day. Today will be different, I don't have many things to do to prevent my bad thinking of relapsing. MAN, KEEP YOURSELF STRONG MAN, YOU KNOW YOU CAN DO IT
I am literally on day 0 and i think this'll be a great way to start off my streak to a PMO-free life! Time for a change!
