    Tony, I didn't think drinking was an issue for me, but my therapist told me to try not drinking, and it has been a LOT easier to not PMO when I am not drinking. For me not drinking is pretty easy, but the compulsion to PMO is HARD to stop. But, I am now at 7 days of No PMO, No Alcohol.

    Awesome!! Awesome!! Drinking is the catalyst to every dumb, mother fucking thing I've ever done in my life. And it ALWAYS leads to a FAPNADO. I could jerk off all fucking day and edge for hours because that dopamine rush is incredible. Then I wallow in misery for the next days, only to restart again on another vicious cycle. For years on end.
