As of 19:24, I have gone one twenty-four hour period without viewing pornography, masturbating, or achieving orgasm (measured from 19:24 on 10/18/17). During this period, I achieved most of my professional goals, and attended an EMS call at my local firehouse, where I volunteer as a firefighter. I also stuck to my diet. The night is still young, and I will clear my desk of at least one more file. There are days in the not so distant past that I would spend hours just masturbating to internet porn. The goal remains to eliminate all of that for good.

 

Yeah, Finally I got 1 day to free up, I just sleep so early and wake up early, go to work early, I'm more fresh now, and I'm ready to meet my family, today

 

Day 1: Straightforward: Just one or two brief urges but pretty easy to ignore them. Learned some things about myself at work today though, apparently I'm a flirt. Can't even have a nice polite conversation without some of my coworker's thinking I'm flirting. Hopefully I get my new job soon I'm too old for the petty chit chat.

 

Day three just about done. Last night I dreamed that I was looking at porn. It was very weird. Nothing happened. When I woke up I remembered I had dreamed about watching porn. Is that normal?
