Some ugliness from my past is resurfacing and its had me feeling down. Been considering fapping, but I know that's just gonna make things worse or start another viscous cycle. I'm just gonna keep abstaining. I came here to set my foot down and establish that I'll mend my past and move on to a better life of authentic love and peace of mind.

Hello brothers. I am ready for this challenge. Have relapsed alot in the past but now its just enough. I am fucking angry and i will beat this bitch for good.

But I don't want it! I want to reach the 90 days!!! Think about how awesome it is to conquer 90 days!

Halfway to 30 days! I'm dreading flatlining which will come sometime soon according to what I've been reading on here, but I've dealt with the crazy urges stage well so far.
