I'm feeling strong today. I'm stressed about the dozen other pressing issues on my mind, but PMO? For today, I am sailing smoothly.

I didnt check in on yesterday - i think im back to day 1

 

I almost just relapsed. I was looking at the porn, then a text from a good female friend who's having some trouble now pulled me out of it. She can never know, but I am grateful to her for that.

 

back at day 0, but much more determined. It's hard to start but once you break the habit it gets better.

 

Day 3/7: Another NoFap day , feeling determined to reach 7/7, and then on to higher numbers !
Rebuilding my life day by day, slow but driven ...
