Doing ok. I am realizing that it is about this point that I get distracted and "forget" that I wanted to break this habit! But this challenge is the reminder I need.

After 43 days I relapsed this is my first attempt to no PMO but sexual urge is so high so i masturbated.

I’m being flooded with anxiety today and my last relapse ….

I hate feeling like this , so much like a beta male…. I need to work through today and build up the days again….

Defeated the Urges today! Went to my friends place rather than being alone on an holiday! Day 4! Done ..
