Day 7/7. At last, seven days free from nocturnal emissions. It has taken me a few repetitions but I have succeeded in the end. I don't think I will include nocturnal emissions in the following challenges.
Done with this 7 day challenge.... day 6 & 7 were tough nearly gave up.... bt survived... thanku all for ur help... any tips regarding query in quoted text would be highly helpful in future @2525
Working on day 6 of 7. Allure of porn is not there, which is good, but can strike back, so have my guard up. I know this is not 90 day now I am a super-man accomplishment, but the 7-day is good way to get people to start the journey. I would not have thought this possible until I committed and gave it a try.
Day 7 underway, got urges but I expected it as it was from being attracted to a pretty girl at school. Realised what was going on in my mind and calmed down with no problem. Was super productive at school and made sure to always stay moving around , not settling at my mothers house where I used to watch porn when I am alone. Looking back at calendar marks from the last the last three months I was attempting NoFap, 80% percent of my relapses were on Monday, so if I get past this day, I'm usualy good for the week. Can't wait for tomorrow where it will be day 8 and I will successfully have completed the challenge ! Keep going everyone !
i understand what you mean, but man, i haven't cleared 7 day challenge yet, while you have already clear it, so yeah, i don't have anything that i can share with you. sorry...
I screwed up thinking P was the problem, not MO. Now I feel like crap and I realize all of PMO is the problem for me. Starting again from 0, won't let it happen again.
Day 3: Wow this is a lot more difficult than I thought it would be! Really struggling in the mornings just after I wake up. Going to put my cell phone in a different room before I go to sleep tonight. Hope to see y'all tomorrow. Good luck everybody.
Glad to have made it through a day and a half without PMO. This is day 2 for me. I hope everyone else is doing well.
