Daily Intention Thread : "Today, I am... + POSITIVE AFFIRMATION"

Today I will not use porn because I had prepared for this urge to come right now, I don't want to give those urge more fuel, those nasty thing.

 

Today I will not watch porn or M because it's my 47 day free of the latter and 92th day free of the former. And because I deserve better

Today I will not use porn because there are many good things in life that makes me feel good and porn is not one of them.

 

I used PMO 3 times today because I was triggered to anger and boredom

Today I won't be using PMO again because now I'm feeling dizzy, stressed and I know my day was wasted along with my energy

I am so goddammit tempted but I learnt the virtues of willpower, patience, temperance, self control, self respect.

 

Today i will not use porn because my heart is slowly melting. It’s painful, but will be rewarding.
