This is actually ingenious. I'm on day 0 after going 5 days. But I'm hopeful and motivated to be a part of the 7 day challenge.
Day three! I feel pretty terrible with a bad headache, but i feel good inside knowing that in the long run, it will be worth it.
Here starts day 0. A week was my goal for the past 2 weeks, but both times I was foiled at 5 days. I figured I'd need a little help, so I signed up for the forum today. I'm hoping this thread will give me the accountability I need. Thanks for the inspiration everyone!
Day 7: @2525 Completed my first challenge, can't say it was easy had to fight through but I did it. Also quick question @2525 can I continue this streak on your other challenges, specifically the 14 day challenge? As in can I start with day 8 instead of day 0?
