***The Gratitude Attitude Challenge***

I’m grateful that I’ve always pushed myself to do better.
I’m grateful that I’ve faced up to my past behaviour and addiction.
I’m grateful that I’m not running away from issues in my life anymore.

 

I am grateful for my computer
I am grateful for my blanket
I am grateful that I have a bed
I am grateful that my brain is really flexible
I am grateful that I believe that everything will get better!

 

Day 28

I am grateful that I can control my anger a little bit better than yesterday.
I am grateful for having a good health.
I am grateful at my family, friends, and my understanding colleagues.

 

Day 30 of 30

1. I'm grateful that I have such a nice friend who will go so far as jump through hoops for me.
2. I'm grateful that Car 3 is such a heartfelt wonderful movie.
3. I'm grateful that hugs exist

I've reached my goal of 30 days, but I've no intention of stopping

 

Today I am grateful for
my health ,I am alive and physically healthy
i am grateful for the difficulties i go through because these will make me grow
and i am grateful for everyone that supports me and is next to me in which way they can

 

I am grateful for music, it helps me stay positive
I am grateful for my good health
I am grateful for the people here who show me how to go my own journey

 

Today I'm grateful for not giving into that horny dream, for keeping my strike, for founding a book I haven't finished, for the wonderful chocolate truffle I had yesterday as a prize for 15 days and for being alive.

 

Day 31 of 30

1. I'm grateful I was called a best friend today.
2. I'm grateful I am able to help someone else through their struggles in whatever little way I can.
3. I'm grateful the lord gave me the strength to resist a lot of temptation today. Thank you.

Thankful for time with my son, brewing beer.

I’m grateful for motivational videos and audio books.
I’m grateful that I push through my resistance and do the things I say I will.
I’m grateful that I can benefit from other people’s knowledge and experiences.
