Daily Intention Thread : "Today, I am... + POSITIVE AFFIRMATION"

Today I will not PMO and will actively use nofap for my benefit because I want to reach real inner calmness and confidence in the future, which, surely, can't be achieved if I will actively PMO.

 

Today I will not use PM because I've got to get back into the football team. I've been out for a while. I feel a lot more creative in the ground when not on PM.
