I think I will leave this thread, at least for a while. Not because I would give up, but let's just say that there are too many conflicts inside me. I have to figure out how to continue with them. However, keep going and good luck to everybody. I hope my act will not discourage anyone.
Back on the forum, took a few days to create a routine and refocus. Didn't relapse, mind is clearer and now I am 2 weeks going strong, nearly at my previous best. We can all do it and thanks to all of you. Before actually updating on nofap my journey, i never really kept at it, previous highest was 15 days i think. But thanks to all of you, each and everyone of you, I am doing better than before and we will hit 365 days. Truly I appreciate everyone who is active on this forum
