Day 26 done! I noticed today that I have new stretch marks on my upper thighs from having gained muscle during the last 3 months of weightlifting training. It's motivating to see objective marks of progress, and the marks themselves don't bother me in the slightest. Had a good anxiety-free day today with friends.
well, I have relapsed during the past 5 days 2 times! Idk how to deal with these urges of PMO! like one day I am all off of PMO and the next day my brain like reward yourself with PMO it won't hurt! I have tried many things didn't work!
your one brave man! When I first hit the gym hard with fast gains I started getting streach marks everywhere scared the shit out of me so I stopped lifting. Now 5 years later I am back to the gym and no longer worry about these marks.
