Guys lot of improvement i am seeing, better of me each day.
Trust the process and continue with it.
Some may get benefit after a month, some 2 , some a year. Just try to attain maximum of you.
Take small small steps to acheive greater

Update:
relapsed so many times in last one week, don't even remember
I always delete porn after downloading it during fapping in an effort that this was the last time.
I'v been in this vicious circle for last 5 years
I have deleted it again. (Not immediately thought, but it takes me 2-3 hours every time that this is wrong.)
I'm not giving up. I'll come out of it.

PS: i'd be obliged if anyone can help me as i have this issue that i'm alone most of the time as i'm preparing for a competitive exam and i can't go out to hang out with people and stuff like that. if anyone has recovered from this thing, being alone then please do let me know.
