Right. It's time, unfortunately, for me to reset my timer. The last few days I've been getting a lot of urges to look at Psubs and this time I went too far and looked at P, even M'd momentarily before stopping myself, and messaging my girlfriend to let her know I relapsed, even if I didn't ), and only touched myself for a total of about 10 seconds. It's a shame. I was so close to beating my last streak, so close to beating the 60 day challenge. Until now I'd been able to say to myself that even though I had relapsed by MOing previously, I hadn't looked at P in over 70 days. Unfortunately that's not the case anymore.

Well, I'm starting again obviously. This only happened about 5 minutes ago but no relapse is going to make me go on a binge. If/when I do relapse, it's just going to strengthen my resolve to get better. It's evermore clear how insidious this addiction is. There are so many ways to convince yourself that looking at Psubs is fine but it just re-awakens the addiction pathways in your brain and makes you crave more.
