day 19, had temptations but i took a nap when i realized i was tried and stressed. This relapse doesn't count days at all. Be aware of it, I'm glad I'm posting now.

 

Day 3

 

Day 2 finished! I feel like I'm back on the horse now. I hope it continues this way. My use of social media has dropped significantly due to the steps I've taken. I deactivated twitter and unfollowed each account and page on instagram and facebook that I have been using to waste time, so that now neither have any appeal to me. It's made quite a difference. I've also been reading a lot more, and I'm enjoying that.
