ALRIGHT ITS TIME TO START Day 1/365 Just finished my "flatline" period and the real challenge is here. After 30 days, I'm feeling much braver in terms of talking and expressing my thoughts. I'm a bit more assertive too. Also suffering from some withdrawal symptoms such as Intermittent depression Apathy Anger/Rage Anxiety Insomnia However, the brain fog is gone, complexion improved, my eye bags has decreased, motivation increased, moreover, I'm losing weight. I'm planning to get rid of the habit all together by thoroughly cleansing the mind and the diligent pursuit of goals.
You can do this, determine the reason why you want to do this, then make it your number one rule, if you think the urges are too much read other people’s journals and you will find that you are not the only one, we are all here fighting. We are all surviving.
