Today I will not use porn because it takes the life from me.

 

Today I will not use porn because I want to live a happier life. I've tasted what it is like to be free of PMO, and when I've relapsed it has shown me the depths it can drag you back down to. I will not use porn because I want to recover from the crippling social anxiety it has given me. I've experienced how truly freeing it is to live without social anxiety, and since relapsing I've experienced once again how caging it is to live with it.

 

Today I will not use porn because I do not wanna be hurting myself any longer and I wan't to have healthy, sound and fruitful relationships to the other gender not destructive, sad and decadent travesties of relationships/contacts.

 

Today I will not use porn because I have better ways to deal with what is stressing me

 

Today I will not use porn because it causes me so much pain and I'm yearning for my long streaks again.

Today WE will not use porn because Pornography does to our mind what smoking does to our lungs. It pollutes you.
