6th day in a row. Bi’s Tri’s Shoulders. 40 minutes on the cycle machine 10 minutes on the walker. One of the woman at the gym kept smiling at me today. When I finally acknowledged her and waved she whipped her head around and looked the opposite way, LOL. Not sure what to make of that. I didn’t bother trying to talk to her. I’m too F’d up in the head to try and date right now. Need to become a better human being.
Haha, I know that they are lb. And believe me, they are impressive. I only manage to deadlift 3x6 310lbs. And I only squat in total 10-15 reps of 260 lbs. What is CGBP? Bench press? If so, 100kg are also impressive. I just bench 150lbs..... Wondering: Which breathing technique do you use when squatting and deadlifting? Abdominal breathing? About me: It was leg day today. I squatted max. 120kg (a new record for me!) and I leg-pressed (if you can say so, haha) around 270kg. Did some other leg exercises as well. At one point I had to abort one workout and flee to the toilet because I could feel a hard one was coming. A gym girl was doing, I'll call them "moves which are ready to be fapped at" so I went to the toilet and gave me some time to deload myself. Really, some girls at the gym are as close to softcore porn as it can get. Many people like it, though, unfortunately. Anyways, the workout was good. Trained calves at the end. Going to take a break tmr or the day after. 7 Days in a row? That is way to much. A normal person should not workout heavily 3 days in a row, even that can be to much. 2 days maximum for beginners, than a break! But congratulations on your long streak. That is truly impressive!

True bud My food intake has been healthy but I skipped exercising the past two days because my network was bad and I lost the connection to nofap. It really is difficult for me without accountability. Gotta get back to it again.
Thanks! I don't exercise heavily bud, hence the long streak. I get tired too easily because it's been a long time since I worked out so my daily workouts don't have any huge effect on me. I missed a few days recently, gotta get back

Apologies, I've been slacking off! I want to do a 90 day exercise challenge but I'll take this a week at a time so as to not get overwhelmed So for Wednesday it is stretching exercises.
My numbers from the pool for February 2018 are posted in the uploaded PDF. It's landscape, so you may need to rotate it...if you look at the sheet. No swim today
I was wondering: for you guys on a Nofap streak or who have been on a long streak and exercised regularly during it, did you notice your test levels dropping/it becoming harder for you to lift as much as you used to? I saw a study that linked low test levels with abstinence. Not saying I believe the study, but I am curious on what you guys experienced. Also, I played tennis (team practice) for 90 mins then worked out my arms and abs for 30 I work my arms out thrice a week and run once a week. Im obviously working on motivating myself to run more lol
so, after quick one - day recovery, I'm back in game, ladies day 5(again ): -80 pushups -1 serie of abs day 6: -3 series is abs -plank 60s -wall sit 60s
Day 2 done Two days, it's just been simple stretching exercises. I feel tired too easily. I'll take this slow.
don't worry, this happens. But be aware! With each day off it gets harder to start exercising again. Stay strong, be awesome!
