    I. I have a foot fetish that i live very bad. i tried to stay away from porn in general for like 3 months last summer and i felt very well, but 5 month ago i watched a video (without masturbating) but since that day i feel very bad about my situation, and even if now are like 5 months from that day i still feel a shit for what happened. Maybe i had to do a complete relapse? I am scared to the idea of restarting again, but i feel very very bad and sad everyday. i'm 16. Someone yesterday told me that my guilt could be because i didnt ejaculate so my brain didnt release dopamine. Help me this is destroying me.
    I forgot : i have also urges everyday in every moment

    Do you feel guilty about the fetish itself? It's pretty common.

    The biggest, and perhaps hardest, thing you have to do is forgive yourself. You are human, nothing more, nothing less. Throughout life you will do things or make decisions that dont turn out well. Thats just part of life. Learning to forgive yourself is a huge step. I figured out a long time ago the you cant learn if you dont screw up. Put it where it belongs, in the past and move on.

    Regardless of your fetish or why you feel guilt, you have to go through the same process. If you think your feeling guilt because you didnt give in and MO, you still need to forgive yourself. Im not saying your ashamed of your fetish, nor should you be. Im just saying that guilt is guilt no matter what the cause of it is.
