I've been trying to quit for almost 2 years now and I've made it to day 90 before. Let me tell you it feels like you can do anything.
I'm 21 and in university atm

Succeeded with the 14 day challenge. Relapsed at day 20, so will try the 7 day challenge - straight back in the saddle...

 

Life challenges seem to affect me and cause relapses. I need better coping mechanisms.
