Dig in bro...you can accomplish anything you want. Try not be too hard on yourself, 82 days is a special achievement.

That's the right mindset. You're going to do this!!

Keep an eye on that chaser effect that certainly made you relapse after you gave in the first time.

Your urges are gonna be stronger than ever for a few days.

    Be stronger than them!

    We sure do!

Set a vision for your life and build it.

Your determination to change and the benefits of your new life will sure make you forget about fuckin P.

PS. Don't feel too bad about this little relapse. Imagine fapping just 4 times a year. :)

Although the ideal, as stated in the post @ds112358 posted, is to think just in terms of real girls.

    Hey enzu!

Congrats on making it to 82 days. That is really admirable. Before relapsing on day 82, how did you feel? I think it's a great exercise to visualize what you felt when you were in that powerful place, so that you can start pulling yourself back there again. By focusing on how you felt before your relapse, you can prevent self loathing and feelings of failure. This, in my current opinion, is really important in completely rooting out any addiction. Why? Because the root of the addiction itself is a feeling of self loathing, and lack of self worth, which we all try to fill up with our addiction - in our case PMO.

    Stay strong and vigilant.
