really struggled to get past a week, let alone anything longer, for a really long time. but this time im going to finally finish the 7 day challenge! im going to feel so proud with myself. 0/7

Lost my devotion to NoFap for some time. I’m back now & ready for 7 days. Piece of cake, starting tomorrow.

I am back for the 7-day challenge. Feeling very good about not using P anymore, but the MO is still an issue. (I think I use it to escape negative emotions.) The glass is half-full.

 

Failed. I know the reason why and what steps I have to take to prevent it from happening again.

First 24 hours down. Started off good yesterday and I am feeling good. Today is gonna be harder cause I won't be so busy. Gonna have to fight a bit harder
