I hadn't a wet dream ever! I had my first relapse after 14 day no PMO. If I have a wet dream, I think no PMO should be to easy... Can you tell me how I can it?

Wet dreams are not in our control. It is best to not worry about them. Wet dreams do not make nofap easier or harder, it's always your mind that makes you think like that.

  3. I'm 18 and after going 15 days clean I was able to experience a wet dream something I had lost since the age of 14-15. I do believe they can make things harder by rising urges so just don't worry about them as they will come as your brain begins to detox from pmo.

  4. Try to do some exercise, eat healthy food, and rest enough.

There aren't things to do to help to have a wet dream?

  6. Abstain long enough and the wet dreams will come... The only thing keeping you from having them is pmo on a regular basis.

What seems to be able to trigger them (only if you've abstained long enough (weeks-months)) is consumption of cafeine at night. Thoughts about sex during the day (again, after a long period of abstinence) can also make them more likely. Wouldn't advise this though.

Wet dreams in my opinion are definitely less harmful than pmo and perhaps even a sign of sexual health.

They're not as fun as you may think they are. You may or may not remember they've happened. The lack of control and the waking up in a sticky mess are what makes these dreams far from fun. They can also feel like a relapse, although they aren't, and trigger cravings for pmo. These are probably the best reasons for not wanting one (although they are far preferable than pmo/addiction).

They are also more or less "lucid." I was once able to stop one from happening as I was about to have one. Unfortunately I had to deal with it the next night, which implies there's a certain uncontrollable bodily need for it (only in case of abstinence). It's hard to stop them. But in any case, far, far better/healthier than pmo. These shouldn't interfere with your recovery process.

Edit: IMO the main reason why you haven't had one is because you haven't abstained long enough. A wet dream is hard to trigger in under two weeks of abstinence. The first one is likely to happen after about 4-8 weeks. This only goes to show how valuable a single dose of semen really is. Releasing this precious fluid every so often is very hard on your body. Mentally, it may be a quick fix, physically, not so much. In case of wet dreams the semen's probably made up differently as well (it's unlikely that the body will dispose of healthy sperm cells on its own, unlike what happens during pmo).

Are you worried for health reasons?

It sounds like obsession to me, I personally have tried to seize control of every aspect of my life and recovery at different times... my mind will just go around trying to control this and that, or this person or that person thinking that makes or will make me powerful, sometimes I've got away with it, but its only a matter of time until I'm shown I'm not really in control or powerful..
Id suggest to try and not obsess or try to control everything, maybe look at the bigger picture and let your recovery develop, if what your doing towards recovery isn't working well , you will be shown in many ways.
    Everybody has a different journey.

  8. Depending on your age and when you started using porn you've probably already experienced various wet dreams. I've had times where I though I didn't have wet dreams but I wake up "wet" which can be a sign that you've probably had them you just don't remember as our memories "delete" dreams very quickly.
