This happened minutes ago. Woke up and I just cummed. This was my first attempt and I am 42 days in. I had a flight journey and I was down with tiredness and jet lag and jumped to bed early tonight. I just cummed during my dreams. For a split second my brain tried to trick me in watching porn but I didn't fall back. I am not getting an interest in watching porn after that. I felt like a huge load was out of my body. But I am worried that whether I should consider this a relapse and am I back on day 0. And am also worried that is cumming unconsciously natural? Has any one experienced this feeling? Pl share your thoughts.
My logic is that because you didn't have any control over it (can't really control your dreams) it isn't a relapse.

I also had some release of semen during a dream last night, and it was somewhat pornographic of a dream, too. It's just a dream though. I'm learning to lucid dream so that I could go do something else like explore the ocean.

Ya man that is just a wet dream. And good question, its a common one. In my opinion: not only is it not a relapse but I also think that it is a very very natural thing. I once had a conversation with a doctor about it and he said that semen is stored and if it doesn't get reabsorbed or something it can sometimes and eventually just release which can very easily be in a wet dream. And besides, nofap is not about trying to turn off sexuality its about trying to have healthy sexuality and i honestly thing wet dreams are a sign of being healthy and natural. Our bodies are super good at maintaining things so please dont be worried, especially about it being a relapse. Sorry if that was a rant but thats just the way i feel.
A wet dream is a good thing. It means your brain is wiring properly. When you are so addicted to porn and only can achieve orgasm through that you can’t fantasize at all. You lose imagination which causes performance issue when you do have real sex.
I guess he's talking about when you're so addicted to porn that you can't climax with your own fantasy anymore? So wet dreams means --> being able to climax without porn again which means --> something is changing in the brain hence rewiring.
It was a wet dream and not a relapse. For me, a wet dream is a release and usually results in less urges over the following days. 41 days is a good run, man. Keep working the process.
