Great job on staying clean for 23 days!!!

 

My trigger starts when I m alone at home with my phone (that is the worst sentence).. that is when my wife is not around or sleeping ... Tonight she has to go work... I need to be strong

Maybe find a book you can read to help keep yourself from edging, or maybe some exercise to keep yourself distracted. Remember, we're all routing for you.

 

Also, stretching exercises and some push ups help.
