how do you guys do it? its been 3 days and i have already relapsed. Its like the devil woke me up at night, litteraly, i was fine until in the middle of the night,i woke up and i went on my laptop and i didn't watch porn but i searched a couple images and i masturbated. I guess am back to 0/60....am still determined so next time am not sleeping early, i will sleep late so that i don't wake up in the middle of the night craving masturbation.
Start to keep yourself busy. Make a schedule full of activities and you commit to that. I find that exercise will make you feel great and tired, and thus not having the urges to PMO. Some say meditation is a must to overcome this. You can have a try also
Stay off technology before sleep. I don't remember the science behind it but I think its something to do with the blue light screens omit. Basically you'll be more sleepy if you're not on your phone so get rid of it at a certain point in the day. Also make sure to go straight to sleep when you start feeling tired, don't continue doing anything just go straight to bed when the tiredness hits you. Good luck!
Most phones have a blue light filter. It's a good idea to get rid of it all together. But if you do use the filter. I set it to automatically filter at a certain time.
Thx everyone, i will try to set a time before i sleep where i stay off technology or use a filter and i will start meditating in the mornings, i actually meditated today and it felt quite nice.
