Daily Intention Thread : "Today, I am... + POSITIVE AFFIRMATION"

Today I will not PMO because I've felt mildly depressed for over a year, and the past weeks have been the first time in this period that I'm feeling better mentally. Even though I still have physical health issues I feel like there is light at the end of the tunnel, and no PMO has helped with this tremendously.

 

Thanks @Tonytone I was writing something else then it just came to me that I just don't think about not PMOing and it is the better way to go. I get through the day with hardly a thought about PMO, it also helps that I have a very supportive wife who is also my accountability partner and I am being honest and can talk to her now without fear. Cant say it happened overnight but after decades of being addicted and many fails, more than I could count I am finally getting there. I am glad someone liked it enough to comment ;-)

 

Today I will not use porn because I only have ONE life so I'd better not waste it with fucking PMO.

 

Today I will not use porn because there are better things to do than sitting alone behind a computer. I would rather go out and meet people than doing that shit

Feeling temptation but today I will not use porn because I have been down that hole more times than I can count. Each and every time I regretted it and every time, no matter how difficult it was, I picked myself up again and started down the path of recovery again. And if I were to keep relapsing for another decade I would still find myself back here. Because this is the only path there is. So I might as well start making some real progress on it.

 

Today i will not use porn because i want to clean my mind and being healthy person.

 

Today I will not use porn because I feel terrible about the effect it has had on my SO, I wish so much I could take all the hurt, lies, deceit and betrayal back. I know I cant but I will keep trying to be the best person I can for me and her.
