After how long do the withdrawal symptoms kick in?

I think @DarkSektur also had head pressure or forehead tension?

Did your head tension only start after you quit PMO @Big Lebowski ? If withdrawals are capable of giving people forehead tension for months on end, truly they are quite powerful

 

I don’t ever remember getting these tension headaches on prior runs when I didn’t know about PAWS. I had done 160+ and a 210+ and can’t remember if I ever experienced getting them. Still had a whole host of other symptoms none the less.

The tension kicked in on Day 35 for me along an episode of derealization as well, it was like my senses were heightened to an extreme level almost like I was on MDMA or something (HD vision & everything looking like a dream). Since then I have had the head sensation on and off for 300 days.

Throughout this current run I’ve realised like never before how serious I must of damaged my brain and it’s reward centre.

Yea the tension has been in the forehead, temples, behind the eyes and top of the head, it’s a wave like sensation feels like air circulating in the brain. I have no idea scientifically what it is, I like to believe it is my brain readjusting back to homeostasis.

 

Also to note I do know something is working as of late my speech is clear and I’m not stumbling or stuttering at all and it seems as if my reward centre is slowly readjusting. Just the other day it didn’t seem as if picking up my guitar was such a chore, it is remarkable how this process works and how your personality changes. It’s like the real me has been locked away for 10 years.

 

That's good to hear, yeah i think it is muscular tension, automatic though, very neurochemical, last time i looked up low dopamine symptoms the top 2 were "Muscular tension" and "Anxiety" people on benzo withdrawal forums also complain about it, low GABA, listed as an effect on yourbrainonporn

 

I turnt 25 at the end of July. I think I started around 12 too imagination then 13 with porn I think it was innocent back then. When 15-16 come around it was like 3 times a day fifteen minutes each. Suffered with pied & weak elections since 17-18. A severe case by all means, too say I’ve put myself through it mentally is an understatement.

 

Considering the tension can be anywhere in the body, it's definitely possible but i can't say for sure, I've had the tension all over, back, legs, face but i do have quite high baseline anxiety so its hard to separate the causes but before my latest streak i did not have the head tension so...
